- Academic degree (Master, Diploma, MBA, PhD, M.D or J.D.)
- Practical work experience in a line function of an operational department
- Extensive work experience (at least 2-5 yrs.) as business consultant in one or more of the above mentioned areas
- Experienced and feeling at ease in working with middle and senior management levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German (and preferably in French or Italian)
- Distinctive client and service orientation
- Excellent communication and social skills
