- Strong and outstanding personalities which like to make a difference
- Academic degree (Master, Diploma, MBA, PhD, M.D or J.D. in e.g. Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Medicine, Law, Educational Science, Natural Sciences...)
- Methodically and didactically sound education (as part of study or other comparable training)
- Practical work experience in a line function of an operational department
- At least initial work experience in the field of executive education (Development of training concepts and training documentation, execution of trainings, use of up-to-date tools and methods etc.)
- Experienced and feeling at ease in working with middle and senior management levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German (and preferably in French or Italian)
- Distinctive client and service orientation
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new trends in your area of expertise
