This analysis and reporting tool is a feedback instrument with striking accuracy, covering the relevant areas of professional life. Basis of the evaluation is an online questionnaire. This is not a test with right and wrong results. Instead, it identifies individual – and often unconscious – preferences and practices, which affects our behavior in certain situations.
