Contents

The Management & Leadership Summer School is based on a newly developed St. Gallen leadership model that integrates contemporary insights on leadership and collaboration into a holistic system.

The model ensures that all relevant business dimensions are precisely identified and effectively interconnected: business strategy and personal life philosophies, existing structures and digital transformation processes, speed and consistency, rational goals and emotional motives, operational effectiveness and the creation of sustainable meaning.

Value-Oriented | To lead into the future, we must know our origins. The TRANSFORM! leadership model uses people’s values and roots as the driving forces of leadership.

Inspiring | Without a shared vision and lived trust, there is no true leadership success. The TRANSFORM! leadership model balances strategy and the creation of meaning.

Sustainable | Entrepreneurial action must not ignore the social and ecological context. The TRANSFORM! leadership model makes sustainability a priority.

Summer School Week 1

There are many reasons to begin the program in St. Gallen—and here is a key one: nestled between the historic tranquility of the Abbey Library and the vibrant atmosphere of the city, we create the ideal environment for harmonizing one’s roots with one’s personal impact.

The first week focuses on values-based and sustainable leadership. Leaders find the balance between management and leadership—but how much of each is needed in their current role? And how can one lead authentically and effectively? The individual answer to this question is a central component of the program. Only those who know themselves—who reflect on their strengths, weaknesses, and idiosyncrasies—can purposefully develop their behavior.

A high-performing team does not emerge by chance, but through the targeted development of existing talents. Team development is an ongoing process of change and growth that harnesses individual strengths to achieve common goals. Future competencies must be taken into account as early as the strategy development phase and systematically fostered through talent management.

Summer School Week 2

For us, Vienna is more than just a backdrop—the city is our learning environment. We directly link the traditions and business models of Vienna’s famous coffeehouses to the content of the TRANSFORM! model. In this way, we make the transition from time-honored traditions to new innovations tangible for you.

The second week is dedicated to strategy, change, and culture—crucial success factors for future-oriented leadership. Strategic thinking means recognizing developments early on, steering them purposefully, and responding to changes with foresight. Those who want to actively shape the future must continuously analyze markets, competitors, and technologies, identify opportunities from trends, and make smart decisions. The appropriate methods and tools are taught in a practical manner to effectively implement strategies.

Change opens up new possibilities. It challenges us, creates space for innovation, and drives progress. Those who actively shape change rather than merely managing it strengthen their companies, leadership skills, and their own impact. Successful transformation management requires a deep understanding of structures, dynamics, and the people who help shape this change.

But how can you effectively foster change, engage teams, and open up new perspectives? How can uncertainty be transformed into curiosity?
