As part of its open continuing education programs, the Management School St.Gallen offers both seminars and one-day workshops on leadership development, which differ in duration, depth of content, and objectives:​

  • Seminars: These multi-day events provide comprehensive, practice-oriented training in various management and leadership disciplines. They allow for an in-depth exploration of the respective topic and foster intensive exchange among participants.
  • Impulse Days: These one-day workshops focus on current developments and trends. Presented by leading experts from academia and the professional world, they provide valuable insights and practical ideas that can be immediately applied in everyday professional life. 

Yes, after each seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion in PDF format as proof of your professional development. Upon request, we can also issue this as a LinkedIn certificate for digital publication. This allows you to showcase the skills you’ve acquired and your professional development online.

All content will be made available digitally following the event. 

The exact seminar location will be provided to you at the time of booking, or no later than 4 weeks before the event begins. Our seminars are primarily held at select seminar hotels – centrally located and easily accessible.

Room reservations for the seminar days are handled differently depending on the hotel. Typically, along with your registration confirmation, you will receive a hotel information sheet that includes a booking form and all details regarding room rates and booking procedures. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations directly with the hotel.

In addition to accommodation costs, our in-person seminars include a conference fee, which must be paid separately. For tax reasons, this fee is not included in the seminar fee. You will receive a detailed overview of all additional costs, along with booking information, no later than four weeks before the seminar begins.

Yes, all of our seminars can also be booked as in-house corporate programs. This allows you to tailor the content and format to the specific needs and goals of your company.
